Place the cursor file(s) in the Cursors folder
(My Computer/C: drive/Windows/Cursors);
Open your Control Panel (found in My Computer)
and select the Mouse folder;
Click on the "Pointers" tab and
ensure "Normal Select" is highlighted;
Click "Browse" and search for cursor file name
Click "Apply" and cursor will update to selected image.
